摘要
故障齿轮箱的振动信号中可能包含周期性的振幅和相位调制信号,在齿轮箱故障诊断中,解调成为一个重要的问题。在分析了齿轮振动信号的基础上,提出了一种基于希尔伯特变换和小波包节点能量法的故障诊断方法。通过一个包含调幅调相信息的仿真信号进行了验证,结果表明该方法能够有效提取调制信号,比使用小波包变换更有效。
The vibration signal of fault gearbox may contain periodic amplitude and phase modulation signal, so in gearbox fault diagnosis, demodulation is a major problem. Based on the analysis of gear vibration signal, proposed a fault diagnosis method which is based on hilbert transform and wavelet packet node energy method. A simulation signal which contains amplitude phase-modulation is used to verify the method, the results indicate this method can effectively extract modulation signal, and it is more effective than only use wavelet packet transform.
