摘要
笔者多年来工作在基层,一直从事世行贷款林业造林项目管理和审计工作,对项目实施的绩效情况进行了1次全面的调查和分析,为今后其它林业造林项目的实施提供一些借鉴作用,供同行们参考。
the authors have been worked at grass roots who engaged in World Bank loan afforestation management and audit for many years.The project permanent is investigated and analyzed deeply by authors whom provided reference for the same trade in other afforestation project in the future.
