发展双孢蘑菇产业的几点思考

双孢蘑菇营养丰富,药用价值高,它是我国乃至世界上生产量最多的食用菌,发展双孢蘑菇产业可增加农民收入,有效利用资源,推进农业可持续发展,发展前景广阔。笔者根据双孢蘑菇生产现状,对发展双孢蘑菇产业提出了几点建议。

Agaricus bisporus lange（Imbaeh）an edible fungus species,which has the most production in China as well as world.It is rich nutrition,high pharmaceutical value.The industry has such along term potentials as income-raise of farmers,efficient use resources,enhancement of sustainable development of agriculture etc.,and hence,According to production status,The authors put forward suggestions for Agaricus bisporcus Lange（Imbach）development.
