摘要
在设备的调试过程中,仿真结果和仪器测试不容易判断结果的正确性,也不容易准确定位故障所在位置。在此结合16QAM调制器调试的实例介绍了一种实现快速准确查找故障位置的方法,该方法利用QUARTUSⅡ软件对数据进行采集,并通过MATLAB对采集的数据进行分析,实现了故障的快速准确查找。
In the equipment debugging process, the simulation results and instrument test are hardly able to judge the correctness of the results or the accurate faults location. This paper presents a fast and accurate way to find fault locations through the examples of 16QAM modulator debugging. This method achieves fast and accurate fault location by using Quartus Ⅱ and MATLAB software.
