摘要
利用漂浮育苗技术培育烟苗,研究不同基质中,接种丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungus,简称AM真菌)烟苗和不接种烟苗的菌根发育、烟苗生长、营养状况。结果表明:5种基质中,基质1和2有益于AM真菌发育,菌根侵染率也最高;基质1、2和3中,接种Glomus intraradices促进了烟苗生长,显著增加了烟苗生物量。说明供试的5种基质中,基质2上接种AM真菌最有利于发挥菌根效应,可作为漂浮育苗获得菌根烟苗的首选基质。
Cultured in modified floating tray system, the effects of different media on the development of arbuscular mycorrizal (AM) fungi, as well as the growth and nutrition status of tobacco seedling inoculated with AM fungus were investigated in the current work. The results showed that media No. 2, which composed of peat moss (6) : perlite (2) : vermiculite (2), was beneficial to the development of AM fungi and growth of tobacco seedlings due to the highest dry weight of stalk and root. Among the five tested media, therefore, media No. 2 was the best one for mycorrhizal seedling production in modified floating tray system.
