Research on Promoting Harmonious and Sustainable Development of Agricultural and Rural People's Livelihood Science and Technology——Example for Guizhou Province

为发挥科技在新农村建设中的核心作用,运用科学社会价值和技术社会价值理论,重点分析了农业科技与农村民生科技的区别与联系,并对农业科技与农村民生科技协调持续发展进行了研究。强调新农村建设迫切需要农业科技、农村民生科技支撑,并提出如何推动农业科技和民生科技统筹、协调发展的基本思路。

In order to play a central role of science and technology in the construction of new rural areas, it＇ s necessary to investigate the harmonious and sustainable development of agricultural and rural people＇s livelihood science and technology. Based on the theory of scientific and technological social values, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the difference and connection between agricultural and rural people＇ s livelihood science and technology. It emphasizes that agricultural and rural people＇ s livelihood science and technology is urgently needed for the building of new rural areas. It also puts forward the idea about how to promote comprehensive and harmonious development of agricultural and rural people＇ s livelihood science and technology.
