摘要
gyrB基因是普遍存在于细菌内编码DNA促旋酶中B亚单位蛋白的基因。综述了该基因近年来在细菌系统发育分析、细菌鉴定及临床医学应用的研究进展,并展望了其广阔的应用前景。
gyrB gene is commonly found in bacteria,encoding DNA gyrase B-subunit protein,and is very important to the transcription and replication of bacteria.The author summarized the application of gyrB gene in the phylogenetic analysis,classification and detection of bacteria in recent years,and discussed the prospects of gyrB gene application.
