有机酸配合豆浆灌根对烤烟生理特性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 研究了大田条件下苹果酸、油酸、腐植酸配合豆浆灌根对烤烟叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明:有机酸配合豆浆灌根促进了烤烟的生长发育,提高了株高、茎围、叶长、叶宽、生长势,增强了烤烟生长过程中转化酶及SOD活性;除腐植酸外,有机酸配合豆浆灌根处理提高了烤烟叶片类胡萝卜素含量,降低了烤烟叶片MDA含量。苹果酸+豆浆灌根处理可显著促进烤烟的生长,增强烤烟生长势。油酸+豆浆灌根在烤烟叶片叶绿素的合成与降解过程中具有重要的作用,提高了旺长期转化酶活性及成熟期SOD活性,降低了烤烟MDA含量。 Under the field condition,the effects of malic acid,oleic acid,humic acid combined with soymilk root-irrigating on the physiologic traits of flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied.The results indicated that organic acids combined with soymilk root-irrigating could promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,increase the plant height,stem girth,leaf length,leaf breadth and growth vigor,and enhance the activity of invertase and SOD during the growth of flue-cured tobacco.Organic acids(except for humic acid) combined with soymilk root-irrigating could increase the content of carotenoid and reduce the content of MDA in flue-cured tobacco leaves.Malic acid combined with soymilk root-irrigating could significantly strengthen the growth vigor of flue-cured tobacco.Oleic acid application + soymilk root-irrigating played an important role in the process of chlorophyll biosynthesis and degradation,which could increase the activity of invertase in vigorous growth period,and the activity of SOD at maturing stage,and could also reduce the content of MDA in flue-cured tobacco.
