Effects of Spraying Apical Regulator on Neutral Aroma Constituents and Flavor Quality in Flue-cured Tobacco under Condition of Different Nitrogen Application Rate

摘要 以吉烟9号为试材,研究了不同氮素用量和顶端调节剂互作对烤烟中性香气成分含量及烤后烟叶评吸质量的影响。结果表明:其中高氮、中氮处理满足了烤烟田间生长的肥料需求,顶端调节剂可能提高了烟株的生理活性,不同氮素用量对烟叶中性香气成分含量的影响不同,以T8(中氮+调节剂B)处理中性香气成分含量最高,评吸香气质较好,香气量充足,评吸位居第一。因此,合理施肥和适当的调节措施可提高烤烟香气质量。 Taking flue-cured tobacco variety Jiyan No.9 as the tested material,the effects of different nitrogen application rate combined with apical regulator on the neutral aroma constituents and flavor quality in flue-cured tobacco leaf were researched.The results revealed that the application of high and medium nitrogen could meet the nutrition requirement of flue-cured tobacco for growth and development,spraying apical regulator could probably enhance the physiological activity of tobacco plants,the effects of different nitrogen application rate on the content of neutral aromatic components in tobacco leaf were different.Among all treatments,treatment 8(medium nitrogen plus apical regulator B) was the best,it could achieve the highest content of neutral aromatic constituents,relatively better flavor quality and adequate quantity of aroma.Therefore,reasonable fertilization and suitable regulating measures could increase the aroma quality of flue-cured tobacco.
