青海桥头发电厂５＃除氧器出水溶解氧自１９９４年７月开始出现间断性超标，继而又发展为长期连续超标。大修检查发现：除氧器内部、省煤器等给水系统遭受严重的氧腐蚀，从而引起锅炉内部垢下腐蚀，直接威胁着锅炉的安全运行。直至１９９６年６月更换除氧器塔头后其出水溶解氧恢复合格。文章介绍了这一问题的发现、分析、处理，分析了给水溶解氧对锅炉结垢腐蚀的影响，并对现场设备运行中存在的问题提出了预防措施。

In Qiaotou thermal power plant,since July,1994 the solved oxygen in discharged water from Deoxidator was time by time high over the standard and therefore continuously high over the standard.During capital repair it is found that the deoxidator and other equipment was Seriously corroded then the boiler is coorroded as to threaten normal operation of the boiler.The problem is solved by replacing the deoxidator.The paper describes the diagnostics and Treatment procedure and necessary precautions are proposed
