摘要
针对尿素装置离心泵机械密封使用过程中存在的一些问题,结合各种机械密封的结构尺寸、密封原理,自行设计、加工出各种简易机械密封检漏装置,在安装前准确判断出机械密封的密封情况,有针对性地进行处理,从而提高离心泵机械密封的检修效率。
In connection with some problems occurred during the running of mechanical seal on the centrifugal pump in urea plant and by integrating the structural sizes,sealing principle of various mechanical seals some simple mechanical seal leak detection device has been made based on self-design and the sealing condition of this mechanical seal has been accurately judged before the installation for a targeted disposal,thus,a maintenance effect of mechanical seal on centrifugal pump improved.
