摘要
全球化背景下我国民族传统体育文化输出面临着对传统体育文化地位缺乏正确的认识和主动输出的意识;民族体育文化"高势能"尚未形成等问题。提出中国民族传统体育文化输出策略:立足国内,保持中西体育文化"并行不悖"发展心态;立法保护资源,实现精品的"活态"传承;做大、做强我国民族传统体育文化产业;战略制订文化标识系统;输出应以传统武术为先锋;以保持"民族特质"为前提打造精品,走奥运、民间并行输出的道路。
Under the background of globalization,the export of traditional Chinese national sports culture is facing such problems as the lack of correct recognition of the status of traditional Chinese sports culture,the lack of initiative export awareness,"unsmooth" export channels,and "high potential" national sports culture having not been formed yet.The authors put forward the following strategies for the export of traditional Chinese national sports culture: utilize domestic resources and maintain such a mental state as that the parallel developments of Chinese and western sports cultures are not contradictive;protect resources legislatively and realize the "active" inheritance of quality items;make the traditional national sports cultural industry in China bigger and stronger;establish a cultural identification system strategically;base the vanguard of export on traditional Wushu;make quality items under the precondition of maintaining "national characters" and get on the track of parallel export by means of the Olympic Games and folk efforts.
