摘要
经过不断研究和探讨,建设了全新的多维度的课堂教学质量评估系统,在丰富和完善学生评教模式和统计方法的基础上,引入了多元化的评估主体,配合闭环管理手段和动态指标体系,有效地推进了高校课堂教学质量评估系统的研究。详细介绍了多维度的清华大学课堂教学质量评估系统,总结了高校课堂教学质量评估模型及实现条件,并提出了进一步的研究方向。
After continuous research and study,Tsinghua University has established a new multi-dimensional instructor and course evaluation system.On the base of enriching and perfecting the evaluation models and statistical methods,the system has introduced multi-dimensional evaluation groups,a closed-loop management system and dynamic evaluation index system,which effectively promotes the research on the instructor and course evaluation system in colleges and universities.The paper introduces the Tsinghua University multi-dimensional instructor and course evaluation system,summarizes the instructor and course evaluation model and implementation conditions in colleges and universities and proposes the further research direction.
