摘要
在物流系统尚未投入建设之前,对其进行全面评价有利于及早发现和解决物流系统中的有关问题,并能减少决策失误。因此,需要研究物流系统综合评价的理论和方法,从而能以较少的总投入获得理想的或满意的物流系统规划方案。运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法综合评价以配送为主的区域物流系统。将物流系统指标分为订单处理质量、配送服务质量、库存管理质量和客户服务质量四个一级指标,运用AHP法给出指标的权重,结合Fuzzy法进行了物流系统综合评价。
Before the logistics system is constructed, a comprehensive logistics system assessment is conducive to detection and resolution of the problem in the logistics system earlier and to reduce the decision-making mistakes. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation of logistics systems theory and methods need to be studied, thus we can get a good or satisfactory logistics system planning scheme with less total investment. The author using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods evaluated a distri- bution-based regional logistics system. The logistics system indicators are divided into four-level indicators, which is the quality of order processing, distribution service quality, inventory management quality and customer service quality. By using AHP method, the author given the weight of index, combined with fuzzy method, the author conducted a comprehensive evaluation of logistics system.
