Analysis and Design of Logistics Proces Monitoring and Visual Management System Based on RFID

针对物流企业全面业务过程管理的需求,提出了一种基于RFID的面向仓库、运输、配送等多物流业务过程的监控与可视化管理系统。设计了系统的硬件结构和软件结构,分析阐述了物流业务过程及软件流程,并采用模块化的设计思路进行系统功能模块设计。应用表明,该系统能够提供广泛的第三方物流信息服务,物流企业可以即时掌握物流业务状态和货物、车辆等业务信息,实现实时可靠的业务管理和控制。

According to the demand of comprehensive logistics process management, a logistics process monitoring and visual management system for RFID-based warehouse, transportation, distribution and many other logistics business process was proposed. The system＇s hardware architecture and software structure was designed. Based on the analysis of business pro- cesses and software processes, key modules of the system were discussed in detail by means of modular programming method. The application of the system indicates that the sys- tem can provide a wide range of third-party logistics informa- tion services, logistics companies can immediately access to information of logistics and cargo status, vehicles and other business information to achieve real-time and reliable business management and control.
