上海港因其发达的腹地经济和得天独厚的区位优势,成为了国际物流的重要节点和门户,对物流专业人才的需求与日俱增。但与物流人才紧缺相矛盾的是高职院校物流专业毕业生不能适应具体的岗位要求。这迫使我们进一步审视和检讨物流管理专业的培养目标,保证培养目标更具专业针对性。

The hinterland of Shanghai because of its well-developed economy and unique geographical advantages, has become an important international logistics nodes and gateway to the increasing demand for logistics professionals. However, in contradiction with the shortage of logistics personnel is the Vocational College graduates can not meet the logistics requirements of Specific po- sitions. This forced us to further examine and review the training objectives of logistics management expertise to ensure the objec- tive of fostering a more professional targeted.
