According to apocalypse from papers [1] and [2], in this paper, the author considers the method of finding the general solution of the differential equations Y″a（x）y＇＋b（x）y=f（x） and gives formula of the general solution only with coefficient b （x） and a （x） of the differential equations. The process of using the formula to find the general solution of such differential equations is forthright.
