摘要
从物流企业服务质量评价的实际出发,借用李克特量表、采用七梯级来划分物流企业服务质量状态。运用模糊综合评价法对企业的服务质量状态进行评价,并通过一个实例说明了所提方法的有效性。
Logistics enterprises from the quality of service evaluation of the actual conditions, borrowing Likert scale, using seven steps of logistics enterprises to the quality of service status. Use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of state enterprises to evaluate the quality of services and, through an example of the method's effectiveness.
