摘要
根据成形刀具刃形与工件形状的关系,分析了影响车削加工成形零件的主要因素,结合AuToCAD技术对成形车刀的廓形设计原理进行研究,提出了根据零件结构形状和尺寸设计相应成形车刀的作图法步骤.对采用该方法设计的成形刀所加工零件的形状误差进行了分析,探讨了采用圆体和棱体成形车刀加工工件引起形状误差的根源及其原因,并对这两种刀具加工误差的大小进行了比较,根据不同情况提出了消除或减小成形车削加工误差的方法和措施,为提高成形车削加工精度提供了依据.
According to the relationship between the edge of tool and the shape of workpiece, it analyzes the main factors which affect turning form parts.On the means of AuToCAD, the theory of designing the edge of formal turning tool is discussed and the procedures of designing counterpart tool is offered for the workpiece to be machined. The shape errors of parts machined by the form tool designed with the drawing method is analyzed ,which explores the source and causes of parts cut with round and wedge fomal tools, After comparing the error size caused form the two methods, the methods and measures of eliminating or reducing the error for different things are found out, which provides basis for accurate turning.
