摘要
对物流企业来说,物流服务质量是其不被市场淘汰,获得良好的信誉并赢得利润的关键因素。为合理评价物流服务质量,文中选择了物流服务水平等评价指标,并运用DEA对广州市16家物流公司进行服务质量评价。结果显示,人力资源成本投入、管理资源、物质资源投入过大,而服务质量和无形资源投入偏小。最后针对上述存在的问题,提出了改进的建议。
For logistics enterprises, logistics service quality is a key factor which can let the enterprise not out of the market, get a good reputation and gain profit. To gain a reasonable evaluation of logistics service quality, the research choose the level of logistics services etc. as evaluation index and the use of DEA in Guangzhou 16 logistics companies for service quality evaluation~ The results showed that the cost of human resources inputs, management resources, and material resources is too large, while the quality of services and intangible resources is smaller. Finally address the above problems, this paper presents suggestions for improvement.
