摘要
近年来,工商企业为了专注于自身的核心业务纷纷将采购物流作业通过招标的方式外包出去,从而为物流企业提供了大量的市场契机。制造商为了获得在生产经营过程中所需的物料,如原材料、零部件等作为生产的投入,大规模向供应商进行采购,这一活动伴随着大量的物流活动。物流企业为了抓住市场机遇,在竞标中击败竞争对手是至关重要的,因此对于物流企业而言,科学合理的投标决策是赢得采购物流项目,提高企业收益的关键。文中对一般物流项目的招投标决策的内核及基本原则进行分析的基础上,探讨了物流项目招投标的一般决策程序与关键环节。
In recent years, in order to concentrate on their core business, most business enterprises outsource the part of procurement to professional logistics enterprises by means of bidding. This make it possible to bring a number of opportunities to logistics enterprises. Manufacturers try to obtain the materials needed in production management and regard it as production inputs, such as raw materials and components. They would like to deal with a large - scale purchase with suppliers and these activities will create lots of logistic activities. It is critical for logistic enterprises to catch the opportunities to beat down the competitors in bidding. Therefore, sound and reasonable bidding decision is the key to get the logistic project and increase their profit. On the base of the content and original principle of tendering and biding, this paper discusses and analyzes the general procedures as well as the key processes in the logistics process.
