摘要
在考虑运输时间的基础上,研究一批零件在工序间的移动方式,推导出含运输时间的顺序移动、平行移动和平行顺序移动方式的零件生产周期计算公式。之后,研究三种不同移动方式下,零件在各工序间的搬运次数和零件的搬运数量等问题。最后,以一个实例进行详细的分析。
On the basis of considering the transportation time, this paper discusses three kinds of transfer ways, certificates the formulas of the production cycle that includes transportation time. Secondly, studies handling times and handling amounts of some parts based on the three different transfer ways. Finally, an example is offered in order to analyze in detail.
