陇南市农村小学体育课程人力资源现状与开发利用研究

A Study of the Countermeasure on Present Situation and Exploitation for PE Curriculum Human Resources in Rural Primary School of Longnan Countryside

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对甘肃省陇南市一区八县的54所农村小学体育课程人力资源现状及其开发利用进行了系统的调查,剖析了陇南市农村小学体育课程人力资源开发利用中存在的主要问题及其原因,探讨了陇南市农村小学体育课程人力资源开发利用的对策并提出建议.

By taking such methods as documents and materials, questionnaire, site inspection ,interview and statistical approach, this article aims to systematically study the current situation of physical educational curriculum human resource and its development and utilization in 54 rural primary schools in l.ongnan city, analyzing the existing problems and concerning reasons in the curriculum human resource development and utilization for rural primary schools in Longnan city and further discussing some related countermeasures and suggestions.
