生态脆弱地区移民情况及问题浅析——以甘肃省临夏回族自治州东乡族自治县为例

Research on Environmental Migration in China——Illustrated by the Case of the Dongxiang County in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu

临夏回族自治州东乡族自治县位于甘肃省中部,自然环境恶劣,人民生活状况极端艰苦,是国家级贫困县.自1986年以来,为改善当地人民的贫困现状,东乡族自治县实行了有关移民的相关政策.在对东乡县进行实地调查的基础上,详细分析当地的移民效果,并结合移民政策的实施情况尝试性地提出现行移民工作中存在的问题.

The Dongxiang County in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture is in the center of Gansu Province. The natural environment there is harsh and unsuitable for human settlement defined by the UN; now it is one of the poorest counties in western China. Since the year 1986, the local government carried out migration policies to help people in Dongxiang to move to better habitats and improve their living standard. To find out the implementation effects of the policies, we conducted field survey in Dongxiang and evaluated and analyzed the effects with the survey results. In addition, we proposed possible solutions to current problems according to the conclusions.
