浅谈供应商管理库存

Study on the Vendor Managed Inventory

近年来,为了降低库存成本,整合供应链资源,越来越多的企业开始尝试一种新型的供应链管理模式——供应商管理库存(VMI)。文中主要介绍了VM I的两种模型,并对其实施原则及方法做了简要阐述。

There is a new type of Supply Chain Management pattern--Vendor Managed Inventory （VMI） to reduce inventory costs and to integrate supply chain resources. This paper describes two kinds of Vendor Managed Inventory models, moreover the levels and the methods of implementation are briefly described.
