文中从实际应用出发,总结校园网计费系统和一卡通系统的应用经验,详尽分析了校园网计费系统和一卡通系统的三方接口,提出了把校园网计费系统和一卡通系统对接起来的实施方案,设计了一套可行性流程,实现用一卡通为网络计费账户充值,减少现金流量和人力成本,对于当前高校的数字化校园建设有重要的实践意义。

This paper began with practical application, summarized some practical experiences of campus billing system and one card solution, analyzed the tripartite interface of campus billing system and one card solution in details, proposed an implementation of abutting joint campus billing system and one card solution, designed a feasible process, achieved network billing account recharging with one card solution, reduced cash flow and manpower cost, it is of practicable significance in construction of digital campus nowadays.
