摘要
本实验以闭壳肌注射甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(met-Enk)的栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)为实验组,以注射2%的NaCl的栉孔扇贝为对照组,采用分光光度法分别测定栉孔扇贝晶杆、肝和肠中淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶的比活力,以探讨met-Enk对栉孔扇贝消化系统消化酶活力的影响。结果表明:met-Enk对栉孔扇贝晶杆、肝和肠中的淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶均有影响。met-Enk对栉孔扇贝消化系统中淀粉酶起到促进作用,对蛋白酶起到抑制作用,对脂肪酶起到促进作用。另外结果还表明met-Enk对栉孔扇贝晶杆、肝和肠的作用不同,也就是说met-Enk对栉孔扇贝不同消化器官的作用不同。
In this study, the experimental group of Chlamys farreri were injected met-enkephalin into adducator muscle, and the controlled group were injected 2% NaCl into addueator muscle. The activity of amylase, protelytic enzyme and lipase in crystalline style, liver and intestine of Chlamys farreri were measured in biochemistry method, in ordor to probe into the effect of met-Enk on the digestant enzyme activity in digestive system of Chlamys farreri. The results showed : met-Enk can effect the activity of amylase, protelytic enzyme and lipase in crystalline style, liver and intestine of Chlamys farreri. Met-Enk can enhance the activity of amylase, inhibit the activity of protelytie enzyme and enhance the activity of lipase. Besides, the results suggested that met-Enk have different effect on crystalline style, liver and intestine of Chlamys farreri.
