摘要
微观电化学的发展对揭示电化学过程的本质和机理有重要意义,超微电极的制作是实现微观电化学研究的重要条件。已有文献报道了多种不同的超微电极的制作方法,在本文中,用电化学刻蚀的方法制作出了半径在纳米级别的Pt超微电极,这种电化学制作超微电极的方法相比于其他的方法有制作方便、条件容易控制、针尖尖锐等优点。
The development of the micro-electrochemical is of great significance to explore the nature and mechanism of the electrochemical processes. It is necessary to fabricate the ultramicroelectrode for the study of the micro-electrochemical. Various methods for the preparation of ultramieroeleetrode reported in literature. In this thesis, Pt ultra-mie-eleetrodes at the nanometer-level are prepared by the electrochemical etching method under alternative voltage. Compared to other methods, the advantages of this method include ( 1 ) convenience, (2) easy to control and (3) sharper at needle.
