摘要
宋代民族问题的错综复杂使得政府立有严厉的书禁法。宋代书禁法以皇帝的诏敕为法律形式,富有鲜明的时代特色,历两宋逐渐走向完备。然而,宋代书禁法的实效却不甚理想,其留给后人的启示十分深刻。
The Song Government implemented the strict book-banned laws due to the complex national problems. The book-banned orders became the corresponding laws when emperor of the Song Dynasty issued his decree, which have the strik ing features of that time. And the laws tended to be mature when they underwent the two Songs （South Song Dynasty and North Song Dynasty）. However, the effect of such laws was not so ideal, while they inspired people greatly.
