摘要 父母元情绪理念是近几年来国内外心理学界颇受关注的一个领域,它强调的是父母面对自己及孩童情绪时的一套管理模式和理念。通过对父母元情绪理念的内涵、不同维度父母元情绪理念的典型特征及对孩童教育的不同影响的探讨,可以为父母进行自我心理健康教育和幼儿家庭教育提供一种新的视角和理论依据。 The parental concept of meta-emotion has drawn the worldwide attention in the psychological circle in recent years. And it is concerned with the coping strategies when parents are facing with their children and themselves in no mood. The exploration into the connotation of such concept, typical features of meta-concept of different parents, and its influence on the children's education, can provide a new perspective and theoretical basis for parents' psychological health education and family education of children
