校长领导行为对中学教师职业承诺的影响探析

On the Influence of Presidents' Leadership on the Vocational Promise of Middle School Teachers

校长领导行为是指校长在教学活动和教育管理过程中,指引和影响教职工活动所表现的一种特定行为。教师职业承诺是教师对其所从事职业的认同及从事教学、研究的意愿。本研究以教师职业承诺为切入点,通过实证研究分析了校长领导行为方式与教师职业承诺之间的关系,并提出了供教育行政管理部门和学校管理者参考的可行性建议。

The leadership behaviors of presidents refer to those which guide and influence the activities of teaching staff in teaching and educational management. And the teachers＇ vocational promise is the teachers＇ recognition of the job they take up and the wish to carry out teaching and research. With the teachers＇ vocational promise as cut in point, this paper analyzes the relationship between the modes of presidents＇ leadership and the teachers＇ vocational promise. And it offers some proposals as reference for the administrative departments of education and school managers.
