摘要
高校学生申诉制度是高校学生一项法定的权利救济制度,是高校依法治校工作的重要组成部分,在维护大学生正当权益、化解高校与学生之间的矛盾、建设和谐高校等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文结合高校学生申诉制度实施中存在的问题,提出了进一步健全和完善高校学生申诉制度的建议,并就推进依法治校工作的深入开展进行了初步探索。
The appealing system for the college students is that of a statutory right to college students,and an important component of administering schools through law in China＇s universities,playing an important role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of college students,resolving the conflict between the colleges and their students,and building harmonious universities.This paper,integrating problems in implementation of the appealing system for the college students,provides suggestions on how to improve the system and does researches on a preliminary exploration in promoting administration of schools according to the educational law.
