摘要
以低温水热法制备的超细金红石型TiO2纳米粒子为乳液稳定剂和前驱物,在甲苯/水微乳液体系(Pickering微乳液)中成功地制备了聚苯胺/TiO2(PAn/TiO2)复合纳米微球.用TEM,SEM,IR,TG-DTA等技术对纳米复合材料的形貌,化学结构、相结构和热稳定性能进行了表征.结果表明,复合材料的形貌呈球状,尺寸均一,平均粒径约为46nm;由于TiO2的存在,与纯的聚苯胺相比,复合材料中聚苯胺的晶化度较低;TiO2和聚苯胺分子链之间存在着较强的相互作用力,并对复合材料的热稳定性起促进作用.
Polyaniline/TiO2 nanospheres(PAn/TiO2)are successfully synthesized in a toluene/water emulsion(Pickering emulsion) solely stabilized by ultrafine rutile TiO2 nanoparticles prepared using low temperature hydrothermal method.The morphology,chemical structure,phase structure and thermal stability are characterized by the methods of TEM,SEM,IR and TG-DTA.The results show that the morphology of the PAn/TiO2 is relatively uniform nanospheres with an average diameter of 46 nm.Comparing to pure PAn,the crystallinity of the PAn in the composites is lower due to the presence of TiO2.There is a strong interaction between PAn molecular chains and TiO2 nanoparticles,and has a beneficial effect on the thermal stability of the nanospheres in air.
