摘要
本文首先导出了低能散射‘散射长度’ａ和‘有效力程’ｒ０的一般公式，然后简明地描述了这两个概念的物理意义．最后通过举例清楚地看出对于处理短程势的低能散射而言使用这两个概念是很方便的．
In this paper we first derive a general formula about the ‘scattering length’a and the ‘effective range’r0 of low energy scattering. Next, the physical meaning of the two concepts is briefly described. At the end of the paper it is clear, by an example, that to use the two concepts is convenient for treatment of low energy scattering by short-range potential.
