摘要
心理测评作为选拔人才的主要环节,对择优选才目标的实现所发挥的作用日趋显现。本文从心理测评的内涵入手,分析了其在军队中的具体应用举例,期望能对军队的建设与发展有一定的参考价值。
The psychological assessment as a selection of key areas of talent on the merit-based selection only to achieve the objectives of the role played by the increasingly apparent.In this paper,the connotation of psychological assessment start with an analysis of its concrete application in the military for example,looked forward to the construction and development of the armed forces have a certain reference value.
