延边州培养体育后备人才的运作机制与模式研究

Training High-level Sports Talents in the Operation of the Mechanism and Mode of Study in Yanbian state

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法对延边州体育后备人才培养现状进行分析和探讨。从延边州教育系统试办二线运动队这一角度,分析教育系统培养体育项目后备人才的运行特点,并提出未来的目标模式,构建相关的管理体系,为促进延边州体育后备人才培养工作提供理论与实践的参考。

Through the literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method and other methods of Yanbian state reserve sports talents cultivation undertake a situation analysis and discussion,from the Yanbian state education system,second-tier sports teams on a trial basis this perspective,analyzing the education system develop a high level of national tradition reserve sports talents operational characteristics,and propose future goals model,build the relevant management systems,in order to promote high levels of Yanbian state of the training of sports talents and provide a theoretical and practical reference.
