摘要
研究无功信号和有功信号的采样和应用以及采集复合变量的新方法，即直接采集无功电流Ｉ＊ｓｉｎφ和有功电流Ｉ＊ｃｏｓφ的值，此方法可运用到新型电度表中．
This paper describes the sampling of the signal of the wattless power and active power, and its application. It introduces a new method of collecting the compound variable, that is collecting directly the value of active current (I*cosφ)and wattless current(I*sinφ). This method can be used in new type electric power meter.
