我军的历史使命须有党的领导才能实现,因为,一是我军的性质是由党的实践需要定位的,二是我军的使命是党的使命在军队中的具体履行,三是党的领导方式和内容对我军使命实现有特殊意义,四是履行现阶段使命才能进一步展现我军的先进性。

The historical mission of the PLA can only come true under the leadship of the Communist Party of China,for the followig reasons：firstly： the character of the PLA is decided by the need of the Communist Party of China;secondly,the historical mission of the PLA is the idiographic execution of the historical mission of the Communist Party of China in the army;thirdly,the way and the contents of the leading have the special meaning for the realization of the historical mission of the PLA;fourthly,the advanced characters can only open out through fulfilling the mission in current phases.
