摘要
利用飞行质谱技术构造的炉气分析系统,依据所测炉气流量,在线计算出炉气的CO浓度。通过CO浓度的曲线分析,采取相应的方法来预防AOD炉喷溅发生。该方法实时性好,操作简单。
With gas analysis system built with flight mass spectrometry,CO content in the gas can be calculated out based on the measured gas flow.According CO concentration curves,corresponding protections would be taken for AOD furnace splash.The method is simple,in real time.
