介绍一种用于热成形的大型精密数控液压机的研制。液压系统采用了先进的二通插装阀系统、进口高性能的电子泵技术,实现了主缸压力与流量的双闭环控制;模具加热部分采用了热油加热,提高了热交换率,且节能环保;油温控制采用带自整定的PID控制技术。
The research and manufacture of a large-sized precise NC hydraulic press for thermal forming process have been introduced in the text. The press takes use of advanced two-way cartridge valve system and imported electric pump technology which can realize double closed loop control of pressure and flow rate. The mould heating is heated by thermal oil, which will not only improve the rate of heat exchange but also be energy-efficient and environmental friendly. The temperature is controlled by self-setting PID technology.
