The relationships among the flywheel moment of inertia & the main motor power of a mechanical shear and the consumption energy in a single working circle have been briefly described. The computation of the flywheel moment of inertia and the determination of the main motor power have been introduced, which makes the match of them are reasonable with more energy-saving effect.
