摘要
分析了滚切剪剪切力峰值的产生原因,对辊轮导槽导向式滚切剪进行了介绍,并对剪切力公式的选取进行了分析,在此基础上构建了集成剪切机构优化设计与设计验证于一体的剪切机构优化设计系统。并对该软件系统进行了可行性验证,通过验证结果,证明了辊轮导槽导向式装置在克服剪切力峰值和提高剪切质量等方面的优越性。该系统为实现滚切剪的优化设计提供了方便快捷的设计手段。
The groove guided rolling shear has been introduced, and reason for the peak of shearing force has been analyzed. After the collection of shearing force formula, the CAD software has been developed, which integrated the optimum design module and verification module. The study results prove the advantages of groove guided roiling shear in improving the quality of shearing and reducing the peak shearing force. The developed CAD software can be used as a convenient manner in rolling shears optimum design.
