针对钢板移动剪切生产线的工作原理,提出了应用LENZE伺服系统EVS9300-EK实现同步切割的控制方案。实践证明,EVS9300-EK伺服驱动器结合上位PLC、人机界面HMI、编码器、限位开关等可以很好地实现移动剪切控制功能。该系统控制精度高、使用方便。

As per the working principle of steel movement cutting production line,the synchronous cutting project controlled by LENZE servo system EVS9300-EK has been put forward.The practice proves that the EVS9300-EK servo combining with PLC, HMI, encoder,limited sensor can realize the movement cutting process. The system is easy to operation with high accuracy.
