摘要
本文基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性显式有限元软件,以60kg/m的重轨为研究对象,采用热力耦合的有限元方法研究了重轨在万能轧机组中粗轧孔型的变形过程。分析了典型道次的应力、轧制力分布,以及轧制参数对宽展的影响规律。
On the basis of nonlinear FEA code ANSYS/LS-DYNA,taking 60kg/m heavy rail as an research object, rail rolling process of universal rolling unit have been simulated by 3D large deformation thermal-mechanical FEM. Stress, stain distribution and metal flow in rolling process of typical passes have been analyzed in details as well as the effect of rolling parameter to draught pressure and extension.
