基于机器视觉的合金刀具检测系统设计与研究

Design and Research of Detection System of Alloy Tool Based on Machine Vision

针对目前国内合金刀具的尺寸检测采用人工抽检所面临的检测结果不具客观性、无法保证产品质量的问题,结合工业现场的实际需求,融合精密光、机电及机器视觉技术,设计了国内首条全自动合金刀具尺寸检测系统。现场试用表明采用机器视觉的检测系统检测速度快,检测结果全面客观,保证了刀具品质的一致性,具有重大的工程实际应用价值。

Aimed at test results,which test the dimensions of the alloy tools using artificial sampling,are not objective,and can not guarantee quality the products.Combined with the actual needs of the industrial scene,the integration of precision optical,electromechanical and machine vision technology,designed the domestic first-wide Alloy tool automatic dimension detection system.Through the scene debugging operation shows that the inspection system using machine vision is detecting fast,and the test results are comprehensive and objective,which ensure a consistency of the qualities of tools powerfully,the project is of great value in practical applications.
