摘要
教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,对中小学心理教师调查的结果显示,中小学心理教师职业倦怠整体程度不高,尤其表现为职业成就感降低;教龄10-20年是职业倦怠最为严重的阶段;学校安排的心理教师职业倦怠程度明显高于那部分立志从事该职业的心理教师。
Teachers belong to the group with the highest portion of burnout.Based on the investigation of psychology teachers in elementary and secondary schools,the results are as follows: their burnout is not high on the whole,especially for their professional self-efficacy;these teachers with 10-20 years' job experience recorded significantly higher scores than others;these psychology teachers who were destined feel lower significant than those who aim to be psychology teachers.
