“管为基础,引为主导”德育理念的探索与实践

摘要 "管为基础,引为主导"理念是基于高职学生的认知行为特点、应对高职学生的主体意识增强的新要求和高职院校教育管理的新变化提出的;是"以人为本"理念在应用层面上的推演和具体化,它体现了现代民主意识和法治精神,符合高职院校学生实际,可以作为高职院校德育工作的理性指导。 The supervision-based and guidance-dominant education idea was raised on the basis of the characteristics of higher vocational students' cognitive behaviors and in response to the new demands of the enhanced subject consciousness of higher vocational student and the new changes of education management in higher vocational schools.It is the deduction and embodiment of humanism on the application level.It reflects modern democracy awareness and the spirit of legality,fits the actual situation of students in higher vocational schools,and can be used as the rational guide for ideological education work in higher vocational schools.
