摘要
无限长圆柱非稳态导热的计算除了传统的集总参数法和Heisler图解法以外,还有作者提出的拓展的集总参数法.应用这一方法可推导出0<Bi<∞范围内圆柱体无量纲平均温度随时间变化的表达式.无限长圆柱体进行非稳态导热时,各点的温度不同,且随时间变化,计算推导出整个圆柱体平均温度所对应的坐标点.在工程计算时,完全可以用该坐标位置的瞬时温度作为整个圆柱体的平均温度,提出了一个全新的求圆柱体平均温度的方法.
Apart from the traditional lumped parameter analysis method and M.P.Heisler charts,an extended lumped parameter analysis method discussed recently is playing increasing important role in calculating unsteady-state conduction of an infinite cylinder.Applying this extended method,dimensionless mean temperature formula changing with time is given under the convection boundary condition of 0Bi∞.The different temperature at each point on the infinite cylinder changes with time.The dimensionless coordinate position corresponding to mean temperature of the whole cylinder can be studied.When using in engineering calculation,the mean temperature of the whole cylinder can be substituted for the transient temperature corresponding to this coordinate position.A new method solving the mean temperature for the cylinder is established.
