法治政府建设视域下中国民间组织的发展

改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济的不断完善、政治改革的稳步推进和文化的日益多元化发展,中国民间组织也呈现出不断增长的态势。民间组织的发展对法治政府建设具有极大的促进作用:有利于制定代表广大人民群众根本利益和意志的"良法";有利于形成监督、制约行政权力的组织力量;有利于完善保障公民权利的社会机制;有利于政府职能转变、建立有限政府。在当前中国法治政府建设过程中,应该积极培育、正确引导民间组织的发展,推动中国法治政府建设。
