公平是人类社会孜孜以求的理想,伴随着我国高等教育大众化进程的推进,国民享受高等教育的机会不断加大,为城乡之间享受公平的高等教育提供了良好的平台,但与此同时也存在着十分明显的"差异"现象,尤其是近年来农村考生高考录取比例下降的现象,充分暴露出城乡之间享受高等教育的"不公平"。因此,分析农村学生高考录取比例下降的原因,并从政策、经费、教师方面提出解决方案,对于实现教育公平有重要意义。

Fairness is the ideal of what human society is searching for. With the development of the process of China＇ s Higher Education, citizens enjoy much more opportunities for higher education, which provides a good fair platform for higher education between urban and rural area. However, there is also a ＂difference＂ obviously. Especially in rural areas reeent years, the phenomenon of decline in the proportion of students taking college entrance examination,fully exposed ＂unfair.＂ to higher education between urban and rural areas.Therefore, it has great significance for achieving education fairness by analyzing the decline in the proportion of students taking college entrance examination and coming up with solutions from policy, funding, and teachers.
